Ok, so it really might not be the oldest debate in the world, but it has to be close. Who's the hottest girl in the world? Well Maxim just released their Top 100 for 2007. I for one am shocked at several things...
For starters, Lindsey Lohan ranked at number one. Really? Also making the top 10 were Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Biel. Don't get me wrong, both are amazing. But Johannson has that classic beauty look, not that hot, sexy look that you expect from a Maxim list. And Jessica Biel is easily in the top 20, but she beat out Elisha Cuthbert, Beyonce, and Eva Longoria.

-Number 100 was Noureen Dewulf. If you aren't familiar with her she can be seen in Ocean's 13 this summer.
-Ashley Olsen made the list at number 37, but her sister was excluded.

Wow! This list SUCKS! I mean, the other choices are okay...but Lindsay Ugly Ass Lohan as #1? I'm completely baffled here. I'm sorry, but she's one of the least attractive starlets I've ever seen.

But seriously, that list is f'd up. Where is Evangeline Lilly? Elisha Cuthbert? Stacey Keibler? Kristen Bell? Megalyn Echikunwoke (Isabelle on The 4400)?
What about Natasha Ivanova? Not very well known (yet) but one of the most striking women I've ever seen.
