1. Janelle kicked my ass this week. I dropped her from the top spot for her stupid play and BAM she won the POV and took herself off the block. But Danielle is still my favorite because despite the pressure to throw Marci under the bus she took out a season 6er this week. Good for her.
2. Rock Star had its best show of the year last night. Besides a lame performance by Jill, a mediocre rock tune from Patrice, and another insane costume from Zayra everyone was awesome.
Lukas was amazing and his voice gave me chills. I didn't think he had it in him. Magni was incredible. Dilana continues to be at the top of her game. Storm is still hot. And I thought Toby had a great performance and Ryan took a ballsy approach and it paid off.
3. Lost went back into production this week. I can't wait for the new season to start. The new cast members are being announced and I am loving the choices so far. I hope they are Eko good and not Ana-Lucia bad!
4. David Morse has joined the cast of House as a cop and new nemisis for the witty doc. I like David Morse, but is he ever ever ever going to strecth out and try a role he hasn't played before? His most recent flick 16 Blocks in which he plays a corrupt cop was horrible.
5. Lastly, is anyone else tired of the new direction television is heading? The show 8 episodes, take a long break, show 8 more episodes approach is starting to annoy me. First it was The Sopranos, then it was Prison Break, and then The Shield, and then Lost, and now Entourage. I would rather wait an extra three months and get to see all 16-24 episodes in a row than have a long break in between. I don't like 24 anymore, but they do it the right way!
NFL Preseason gets into full swing starting tomorrow. It is finally back and I'm Lovin' it.
